Software promised to fix that. It handed you dashboards instead — one more place to log in, one more thing to check, one more job that's somehow yours. Even good tools have this problem. Our own crew will have it too: a Chatterbuilt Webmaster, an Chatterbuilt Answering, a Chatterbuilt Marketing. Three workers, no supervisor. Guess who supervises.
A foreman fixes that on a job site. One person runs the crew, keeps the work moving, and only comes to you when a decision actually needs the owner. That's the job we're building Chatterbuilt Foreman to do.
How it will work
Chatterbuilt Foreman is not built yet. These are the mechanisms we're building — plainly described, no magic.
It starts already knowing your business.
Chatterbuilt Foreman reads what your Chatterbuilt Webmaster already captured — your services, hours, voice, the facts on your site. No second interview. No starting from zero.
It runs the crew.
Chatterbuilt Webmaster, Chatterbuilt Answering, and Chatterbuilt Marketing each do their job. Chatterbuilt Foreman coordinates them: the appointment the Chatterbuilt Answering books matches the hours on your site; the fix the Chatterbuilt Marketing ships uses the same facts. One set of facts, kept straight across all of it.
It sends a weekly receipt.
One short report: calls answered, leads captured, jobs booked, and how AI assistants describe your business. Not a dashboard you check — a receipt that shows up.
It texts you for judgment calls.
Money, complaints, anything new it hasn't handled before — Chatterbuilt Foreman stops and texts you first. You answer the text; it acts on your answer. The text is the interface. There is nothing to log into.
It works inside a hard boundary.
Routine work happens without bothering you, and every action lands in the receipt. Anything past the line — money, new commitments, anything unfamiliar — waits for your yes. And some things it may never do alone, no matter what. That list is below, in writing.

- Hire, fire, or respond to a legal threat
- Promote itself to more autonomy — you decide when it's earned more rope, never it
Chatterbuilt Foreman is not built yet.

Is this live today?
No. Chatterbuilt Foreman is not built yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. The Chatterbuilt Webmaster is live — this whole site runs on it. Chatterbuilt Answering, Chatterbuilt Marketing, and Chatterbuilt Foreman are In development. When Chatterbuilt Foreman ships, this page will say so plainly.
Why the name Chatterbuilt Foreman?
Because the name is the job. On a job site, the foreman runs the crew so the owner doesn't have to stand over every worker. That's exactly what this agent will do with your Chatterbuilt Webmaster, Chatterbuilt Answering, and Chatterbuilt Marketing. No made-up word, no explaining required.
What can it do without asking me?
Only routine work that fits patterns you approved during setup — and every one of those actions shows up in your weekly receipt. Money, complaints, new commitments, and anything it hasn't seen before all stop and wait for your text back. Some things — signing, spending past your cap, deleting data — it may never do alone at all.
Do I need the other agents first?
You'll need the Chatterbuilt Webmaster — that's where Chatterbuilt Foreman gets its knowledge of your business, so it starts educated instead of interviewing you from scratch. The rest of the crew is what Chatterbuilt Foreman coordinates. The practical starting point today: get your site live with the Chatterbuilt Webmaster.
