Chatterbuilt is operated by Peripety Labs LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. Contact: hello@chatterbuilt.com.

Chatterbuilt helps you build and run a business website through the AI assistant you already use (for example ChatGPT or Claude). We provide a hosted tool connection (MCP), a website template you deploy to accounts you control (typically GitHub and Vercel), docs, and related product features.

You own your site files, hosting project, and domain. We do not host your customer website as a locked platform you rent forever.

We do not promise rankings, traffic, revenue, or specific business results. Search engines and AI answer systems change. What we (and your AI) can do is walk current best practices so you control what is in your control — titles, structure, markup, listings setup, and similar.

Software has bugs. Previews and checkers catch many mistakes; they cannot catch every one. You approve what goes live.

You keep your own passwords and passkeys for GitHub, Vercel, and your AI product. Do not share secrets with strangers or paste API keys into untrusted chats.

Do not use Chatterbuilt to break the law, abuse third-party services, spam, or harm others. We may suspend access if use is abusive or creates security risk.

Free tools (validator, ask-the-manual, public template) work without a key for everyone. Full Chatterbuilt access is not sold as a standalone product at launch — it is included with a paid subscription to The Artificially Intelligent Enterprise newsletter (theaienterprise.io).

Any payment terms, renewal, cancellation, or refunds for that newsletter are governed by The AI Enterprise / theaienterprise.io, not by a separate Chatterbuilt checkout on this site. We will update this page if direct sales ever open.

If you stop receiving full product access (for example by ending an AIE subscription that included it), your deployed site can keep running on your accounts. You lose product updates and full tool access, not ownership of your code or domain.

Either of us may end the commercial relationship. Your site files remain yours.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Peripety Labs LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed amounts you paid us for Chatterbuilt-related access in the three months before the claim (or $100 if you paid us nothing for Chatterbuilt).

Some places do not allow these limits. If that is you, only the parts the law forbids are limited — the rest still applies.

We recommend the cheapest option that does the job — even when that option pays us nothing. Affiliate relationships do not change how we describe tools, free tiers, or spend guardrails. When tracking links go live, this page remains the full disclosure; short notes on individual pages point here.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a clearer date once this draft is finalized by counsel. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated terms.
