Privacy Policy

Depending on how you use Chatterbuilt, we may store: your email address (early access, contact, account), your GitHub username (when you connect product flows that need it), and usage events (which tools ran, roughly when, tier, and similar product telemetry so we can fix bugs and plan capacity).

If you email us or submit a form, we keep the message content long enough to respond and operate the business.

We do not store credit card numbers or full payment credentials. Chatterbuilt is not sold with direct checkout on this site at launch; if you subscribe to The AI Enterprise, that publication's payment processor holds card data. We may keep non-sensitive access status (free vs full tools) — not your card.

We do not need your GitHub or Vercel passwords. Those stay in accounts you control.

To provide the product, answer requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate about your account or early access. We do not sell your personal information.

This marketing site does not set advertising cookies and does not run a heavy analytics suite by default. It is analytics-lite: we may use basic, privacy-respecting measurement (or none) to understand aggregate traffic. Customer template sites can add their own analytics (for example Umami or GA4) when the business owner chooses — that is their configuration, not ours on their domain.

Essential hosting and security headers from our host (Vercel) may still apply. No third-party ad trackers are part of the core Chatterbuilt marketing pitch.

We use processors that help run the product (for example hosting, email delivery, and eventually Stripe). They get only what they need to do that job. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it when practical. Email hello@chatterbuilt.com to ask what we have on you or to request deletion where the law allows.

Chatterbuilt is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
